1. Who we are

NUGEE Elevadores ("NUGEE", "we") is a distributor in Mexico of the Cibes (Sweden), PVE (United States) and UP stairlift (United States) lines, in commercial partnership with Grupo Hallbart, and manufacturer of its own NUGEE line of custom-built elevators. This site, nugee.mx, is operated by NUGEE Elevadores (⟨PENDING: legal name and RFC⟩), located at ⟨PENDING: tax address⟩, Mexico.

2. Purpose of this site

This site exists for informational purposes and to generate commercial contact: it describes our product lines, shares general technical information, and lets you request a quote through the contact form. The site does not process payments or complete online sales; every quote, contract and payment is arranged directly with our sales team.

3. Nature of the products and services

NUGEE does not keep an inventory of elevators, platform lifts or stairlifts. Every unit in the Cibes, PVE, UP and NUGEE lines is quoted, designed and manufactured to order, tailored to the client's project (stops, pit, available space and budget). For this reason, manufacturing, delivery and installation timelines are confirmed in writing for each project and can vary by line, model and site conditions.

4. Quotes and pricing

Prices, capacities, dimensions and other technical data published on this site are for reference only and are subject to change without notice, since they depend on exchange rates, manufacturer conditions and the actual scope of the project. No figure shown on the site constitutes a binding offer. The formal quote — with price, scope, timeline and payment terms — is delivered in writing after a technical visit or project assessment.

5. Purchase and installation process

The typical commercial process is: (1) request for information or a quote through the site, WhatsApp or phone; (2) technical advice and, where applicable, a site visit or measurement survey; (3) delivery of a proposal and closed quote; (4) contract or order signing and deposit; (5) manufacturing and installation; (6) safety testing and handover. Specific terms for deposits, civil works the client is responsible for, timelines and warranty are detailed in the contract or order for each project, not on this site.

6. Warranties

Cibes, PVE and UP equipment carries the warranty granted by each manufacturer under its current policies; NUGEE-line equipment carries the warranty NUGEE Elevadores establishes in the corresponding contract. Exact warranty terms (duration, coverage, exclusions and claim procedure) are delivered in writing along with the quote or contract for each project.

7. Cancellations and changes

Since equipment is manufactured to order, canceling a confirmed order may result in charges for materials, work already in progress, or cancellation fees with the manufacturer. Cancellation terms, scope changes and applicable refunds are set out in the contract or order signed by the client, and take precedence over any general text on this site.

8. Intellectual property and trademarks

Cibes, PVE and UP are trademarks of their respective owners; their mention on this site is purely informational, in the context of NUGEE's authorized distribution of those products, and does not imply any affiliation beyond that commercial relationship. The NUGEE name, the NUGEE Elevadores logo, the text, original images and other original content on this site are the property of NUGEE Elevadores or are used with the corresponding authorization. Reproducing, distributing or modifying this content for commercial purposes without prior written authorization is not permitted.

9. Permitted use of the site

• Use the contact form only for genuine requests for information, a quote or service.
• Do not attempt to mass-extract the site's content (scraping) or replicate it for your own commercial purposes.
• Do not use the site to send illegal or offensive content, or content that violates third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to compromise the security of the site or the systems that host it.

10. Third-party links and embedded content

This site may include links or embedded content from third parties — for example, maps, YouTube videos from the Cibes, PVE and UP brands, or social media. NUGEE does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability or privacy policies of those third-party sites; we recommend reviewing their own terms and privacy notices.

11. Limitation of liability

The technical information on this site (capacities, dimensions, stops, timelines) is general in nature and may not reflect the exact configuration available for your project; the final specification is confirmed in the technical proposal. NUGEE will not be liable for decisions made solely on the basis of information published on the site without having confirmed the data with our sales or technical team.

12. Personal data protection

The personal data you share with us through the contact form is handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

13. Changes to these terms

NUGEE may update these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes to the site, our product lines, or applicable regulations. The version in force is the one published on this page, along with its last-updated date.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute related to the use of this site, the parties submit to the competent courts of ⟨PENDING: city and state of NUGEE's legal domicile⟩, Mexico, waiving any other jurisdiction that might correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile.
